Mobile and Email Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-In Consent
By submitting your phone number, you authorize Red Rock Kitchen and Bath to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. By providing your email address, you agree that Red Rock Kitchen and Bath may send you email notifications, promotional material, and other marketing communications. Your email address will only be used for internal purposes and will not be shared. By providing your phone number, you agree that Red Rock Kitchen and Bath may contact you by phone, including via pre-recorded messages or text messages. Standard carrier charges may apply. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Contractual Agreement
By executing the invoice (the “Contract”) provided by Red Rock Kitchen and Bath (the “Company”), whether manually or electronically, the customer (the “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are integral to the Contract and apply to both parties (the “Parties”).
Scope of Work
Red Rock Kitchen and Bath will perform the services and provide the materials (“Work”) described in the Contract, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any accompanying construction documents approved prior to execution.
Contract Price & Payments
Initial Deposits:
50% of Contract Price for installation-only projects.
75% of Contract Price for projects involving both products and installation.
Remaining Balance:
Payment is due in phases as categories of the Work are completed.
A phase is considered complete even if minor items (e.g., transitions, backordered materials) remain.
Third-Party Products:
If materials are purchased outside Red Rock Kitchen and Bath and are insufficient, Customer is responsible for ordering more and a $150 service fee will be charged for reinstallation.
Auto Billing Authorization:
Customer authorizes Red Rock Kitchen and Bath to automatically charge the remaining balance to the original payment method.
Late Fees:
Interest of 18% per annum on past-due amounts.
Additional 10% fee for:
a) late payments
b) rejected/failed credit card charges
Project Timeline
Start and completion dates will be mutually agreed upon. Red Rock Kitchen and Bath is not liable for delays due to factors beyond its control, such as weather, supply chain issues, strikes, or subcontractor delays.
Independent Contractor Status
Red Rock Kitchen and Bath is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the Customer. The Company determines how and when the Work is performed.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must:
a. Verify all materials and installation details
b. Maintain proper site conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature)
c. Obtain necessary permits
d. Ensure a responsible adult is present during installation
e. Clear access and remove specific items/furniture
f. Move delicate or heavy items as outlined
g. Properly ventilate areas post-installation
h. Report any damages within 3 days
i. Not resell or sublicense any materials
Change Orders
Changes must be documented in a written and signed change order.
Material Overages and Tolerances
A 2% material width variance and up to 10% overage may be required. Customer pays for any additional materials due to mismeasurements.
Product Color & Availability
Color variation is inherent in many natural materials and may differ from samples or digital representations. Products may be discontinued at any time. In the event of unavailability, a full refund of that product will be issued.
Typographical Errors
Red Rock Kitchen and Bath is not responsible for typographical errors in marketing materials or contracts. Prices and product details may change without notice.
Product Exchanges
Within 3 days: 20% restocking fee applies.
After 3 days and before installation: 33% restocking fee applies.
Exchanges after installation require a change order.
Refunds issued to the original form of payment within 14 days.
Product Returns
Within 3 days: 20% restocking fee for eligible products.
Between 3–30 days: 33% restocking fee for eligible products.
Returns not allowed for opened, used, clearance, custom-cut, or “Final Sale” items.
Contract Cancellation
Within 3 days: No penalty.
After 3 days and before installation: 33% of Contract Price + restocking & freight fees.
After installation begins: No cancellations allowed.
Limited Warranty
Product Warranty:
All manufacturer warranties are passed to Customer. Red Rock Kitchen and Bath provides no separate warranty for products. “As Is,” clearance, and final sale items carry no warranty and are non-returnable.
Installation Warranty:
Red Rock Kitchen and Bath warrants its installation for 12 months from the date of completion. Some products may qualify for a lifetime installation warranty if explicitly stated. Installation warranty claims must be made in writing before the warranty expires and are voided if payment is not made in full. Warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty Disclaimer:
All other warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Delivery Disclaimer
If Red Rock Kitchen and Bath is unable to contact the Customer for delivery, the Customer agrees that delivery may be completed without requiring a signature or scheduled drop-off. Once delivered, the Company is not responsible for any warranty claims involving missing or damaged products.
